Onyekachukwu Okoronkwo, DDS

Dr. Onyekachukwu Okoronkwo is a skilled and compassionate general dentist dedicated to providing comprehensive dental care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. She believes in combining clinical excellence with a gentle, patient-centered approach to help individuals achieve healthy, confident smiles.

Dr. Okoronkwo earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from New York University College of Dentistry and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos. She also completed a general practice residency at Interfaith Dental Clinic in Brooklyn, NY, where she gained advanced training in all aspects of dentistry.

With more than a decade of clinical experience, Dr. Okoronkwo has worked in a variety of practice settings, including Ezras Choilim Health Center in Monroe, NY and Columbia Dental in Norwalk, CT, where she continues to provide a full scope of general dental services. Her expertise spans preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and emergency dentistry, with a special focus on helping patients feel at ease during their visits.

Dr. Okoronkwo is passionate about patient education and believes that empowering patients with knowledge is key to maintaining lifelong oral health. Her commitment to excellence and ongoing learning ensures she delivers the highest standard of care using modern techniques and technologies.

When she’s not in the office, Dr. Okoronkwo enjoys giving back through community-based oral health initiatives and has contributed to multiple research projects on restorative dentistry and public health.
